My journey began with my personal transformation—losing 110 pounds and maintaining that weight loss for over 15 years while overcoming compulsive eating. I understand exactly where you are! This experience, combined with my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), allows me to offer a unique blend of empathy, expertise, and effective coaching.

At Roseann Priemon Health Coaching, I believe health is bio-individual and multidimensional. I tailor personalized plans that address nutrition, movement, stress management, and emotional well-being.
